Service Description

Each session has Intuitive Guidance built-in before and/or after Restorative Breathwork practice/treatment. Experience the power and gift of your breath in healing your body, your heart, your mind, and your life. This modality makes it possible to restore vitality and health, reduce anxiety and stress, balance the nervous system, encourage transformation, and promote spiritual development. The sessions can be either in-person or virtual. Both are effective, and the latter is sometimes preferable if one wants to keep relaxing at home without having to commute after a deeply relaxing experience. Plan for extra 15-30 mins.

Cancellation Policy

Please Contact us at least 24Hrs in advance to Cancel or Reschedule A Class or Session. Fees due before or at end of Session. While I understand things come up, I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you are responsible for 50% of the treatment cost before rebooking. Why is this? As a solo practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients. Even though you are not receiving the treatment you scheduled, the time has still been set aside for you, and without advanced notice it is very difficult to find someone else to fill that time. However, if you find someone to fill your spot, the fee will be waived. Any no call/no show appointments will be charged the full cost of the treatment before rebooking.
