Deep Healing Experience
This Integrative session begins with Restorative Breathwork meditation followed by Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy. You will experience your expansive nature in the first, and your depth in the second. As we move into your Reiki Massage, your physical body will be in its most receptive state for deep relaxation, healing, restoration and grounding.
